CCA Academy is a state-recognized, community-based high school founded in 1978. It serves 200 students. CCA Academy is a campus of Youth Connection Charter School.
Programs & Services
CCA Academy provides a small school, family culture, safe learning environment with built in seminars and advisory periods. State-of-the-art labs include science lab, computer lab, resource lab, and Aventa online courses.
CCA Academy has an urban agriculture and aquaponics/ecology theme. Special programs include culinary arts, with an emphasis on healthy foods and healthy eating, a college preparatory Upward Bound Program, and neighborhood gardens. Students need 18 credits to graduate.

Other Requirements to Graduate: Constitution Exam, Drivers Ed., Consumer Ed., and community service (80 hrs)
